Our aim is to inspire the whole family or individual to work towards a better future for themselves and those around them.

Do you know someone who has a substance abuse? We probably all do. That's how serious the drug and alcohol problem is becoming here in the U.K., with a disturbing increase in the number or people suffering with addictions. When someone is addicted to a substance, it is highly likely that they will suffer from health problems, social exclusion and become involved in crime in order to sustain their habit. With such an escalating problem, there is a need for additional support services available to help these individuals get back on their feet and live a normal life. Without these services not only do those in need, their families and communities suffer but crime continues to rise and prisons will remain overcrowded. Victory Outreach has been helping to rebuild lives of substance misuses worldwide for over 39 years. We provide a safe, supportive environment for men and women where they can gain all the skills and assistance they need to live drug free and positive lives..
The philosophy of Victory Outreach Residential Homes is the development of character and positive work habits. We promote personal integrity, responsibility and accountability, while envisioning our residents with a sense of self-worth, purpose and destiny.
First Phase
This is a faith-based project providing supported housing to individuals in the United Kingdom who have suffered through life controlling circumstances such as substance misuse, involvement in crime, violence and other anti-social behaviour. We offer a structured planned package which includes life skills training, support planning, work projects, inspirational studies and recreational activities. The objective is to encourage and assist our residents towards achieving the goal of independent living.
Second Phase
This phase assists the resident in progressing towards finding stable, ongoing employment, further education and restoration of the family. Once the service user becomes independent, they continue to receive ongoing support beyond their residency.
Hope for the Community
At Victory Outreach, we believe in reaching the need at street level. This involves street outreach and community networking, promoting a safer environment and reduction in crime. In addition to assisting the individual, our organisation aims to make an impact within the local communities, and inner cities throughout the U.K. One of the most effective means to bring hope into a community is to provide positive role models of those that were once outcast now living productive and fulfilling lives in society. in order to continue developing our organisation nationwide we are committed to providing a quality service that facilitates the potential within every individual. The evidence of what Victory Outreach does is demonstrated in changed lives.
